Ocaso is a private property located at the top of one of Rincón's highest peaks. This gives our guests a fantastic scenic and mountain view of the nearby towns. Its centric location allows one to enjoy the best of Rincón's tourist attractions, landmarks, and restaurants. And the best part is it's only 15 minutes from the beach!
OCASO has a Latin origin, "occasus," which means sunset or geographic cardinal point “west” in Spanish.

This beautiful property comprises four fully equipped luxury apartments, a common area with an infinity pool, panoramic view from any angle, private parking (in and out of the property), and rest areas. We continue to improve our common areas, adding a lounge area with a sidewalk that will give you a different feel from the rest of the property.
