Important to keep in mind if you are staying in Ocaso:
Please send a photo of vaccination card or negative test result (before check in time) through our Airbnb chat.
If the required document is not sent before 3:00 pm on check in date, the entry will be denied as stated by law.
No refunds will be given.
Cancellations Policy
Strict · Free cancellation for 48 hours
After that, cancel until 7 days before check-in with a 50% refund minus the service fee.

Some spaces are shared, like parking, infinity pool, gazebo, sidewalk lounge, outdoor cascade shower.
Additional Rules
Children Policy: Ocaso Luxury Villas does not allow minors under 18 years old.
Parking: Self-service free of charge in the property.
No Smoking: Smoking indoors is not allowed by law No. 40 of August 3, (787-882-8147).
No events or parties allowed without a separate agreement and event fee payment.
The total number of guests shall not exceed maximum of 4 allowed at any given moment.
During the period of your stay, we kindly request your cooperation for the following:
1. Please restrain from smoking inside. This is a non-smoking unit.
2. Please use coasters whenever placing drinks on any wood surface.
3. Air mattresses are prohibited.
4. Visits are prohibited.
5. Please help us with plague control, eat only in the designated areas.
6. Please turn off the A/C when leaving the apartment. And if you choose to use the A/C, please make sure that all doors and windows are shut.
7. Please turn off all the electronics when leaving the apartment.
8. Make sure that all lights are turned off when leaving the property during your stay.
9. Ocaso is located in a family neighborhood; please use common sense during your stay. Consider that our community is surrounded by families living in the area. Please behave like your family is living in the neighborhood.
10. Please don't go inside the rooms while wet from the pool. The floor can be very slippery when wet. Help us avoid any accidents. Please don't sit in any inside furniture while wet, wearing sunblock or any tanning lotion.
11. Make sure you have the keys and remotes before leaving the property during your stay.
12. When leaving, leave your used towel on the floor for cleaning up. But if it's humid or wet, please hang it up in the hooks located in the bathroom.
13. Please make sure all the windows and doors are locked when leaving.
14. Please throw away trash and perishable food in the designated areas.
15. When leaving, leave the keys and remote in the security box.
16. Towels, robes, and other items are for the enjoyment of Ocaso Luxury Villas' guests. Any missing item will be charged.
17. If you forget any object after your stay, please contact us right away via email or calling +1 (787) 822-8147, and it will be sent by mail.
